2、Basic Plan
|
|
Up to maximum HK$800,000 home contents protection.
|
|
|
New for Old Replacement for fitting out works or household applicants established less than 5 years.

Cover valuables and piano.
|
|
|
Extend to cover loss and damage to home contents during home removal PROVIDED new home should be insured with us.
|
|
|
Alteration, Repairs and Decorations carried out within the Insured Premises if contract value less than 10% of contents sum insured it will not prejudice the rights & interests of the Insured.

|
Cover loss or damage to household goods and appliances temporarily remove away Insured Premises for the purpose of repair, maintenance, renovation, relocation or cleaning.

|
Adaptive home expenses incurred for insured persons who become permanent disablement during the period of insurance.

Tenant Legal Liability (applicable to rented home).

We will offer you the BOCOM Insurance “HonorMaid” Protection which is only available
to existing policyholder &/or applicant of BOCOM Insurance "GOALHome" Comprehensive Insurance

Insurance policy is automatically extended to cover part-time domestic helper
or baby sitter hired by Insured during the term of insurance cover at Insured Premises.

War, civil war, mutiny, civil commotion assuming the proportions of or amounting to a popular rising, military rising, rebellion,
revolution, insurrection or military or usurped power, martial law, Terrorist attack, Nuclear Fission, Radioactive Contamination,
equipment for occupational or commercial use, contact lenses, depreciation, infestation, moldy, mechanical or electrical breakdown,
dishonesty act of Insured, landslips or subsidence, animals, plants or any kind of creature, communicable disease. For other exclusions, please refer to original policy provision.
In the event of any claim under the policy, we strive to provide you with prompt, fair and courteous claims service.
