The successful candidate will be responsible to handle policy administration and related activities.
Major Duties include:
Handle enquiries regarding policy administration from clients, intermediaries, reinsurers, and inter-departments.
Issue policies, endorsements, reinsurance closing (both direct and facultative inwards) and renewals.
Undertake risk accumulation control (Fire/Vessel Risk Blocking) in accordance with the prescribed retention limits.
Office administration support including ad hoc task to be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Aggressive, proactive at work & result-oriented.
Work independently and able to work ahead of deadline.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing).
Fresh graduate will also be considered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for business development in both bank and non-bank channels.
Major Duties & Responsibilities include:
Focus on business development (new and renewal business) and achieve budgeted target by providing sales support to intermediaries.
Provide best possible insurance proposals and quality assured services to our customers.
Develop and maintain good relationship with intermediaries through regular visits to optimize business opportunities.
Keep abreast to market development and assist the company to expand business in niche market.
Exercise effective credit control on premium collection and account reconciliation.
Assist Head of Marketing to prepare marketing materials including but not limited to product factsheets, brochures, leaflets, presentation materials, reports & webpages.
Provide training, briefing and sales-related programs or activities to intermediaries for selling our products.
Need to deal with some mainland business including business development and communication with clients or/and insurers.
Requirements:
Candidates MUST have extensive knowledge & experience in sales and marketing role with contract of services either professional broker or general insurance company.
Diploma, Degree holder or above.
Possession of ACII/ ANZIIF (Snr Assoc) is preferred.
At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in underwriting &/or sales & marketing role.
Aggressive, proactive at work & result-oriented.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Able to adapt to changes and accept challenges.
Able to work independently and ahead of deadline.
Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
Good command of written English and Chinese.
